The Position

CallRail is seeking a curious, strategic, and results-focused Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products within our SaaS lead tracking, engagement, and insights platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who is comfortable navigating shifting priorities, moves quickly from strategy to execution, and is excited to help businesses adopt and get value from AI.

You will be a key member of the CallRail marketing team and have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects, partnering cross-functionally across sales, product management, and marketing. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of your ideal customer, strong instincts for storytelling and differentiation, and a bias toward action and measurement. You will own performance for the areas you support, but your impact goes beyond the numbers. You will use customer insights, market trends, and data to identify opportunities and improve results. You will be expected to bring forward ideas, insights, and recommendations that push the organization toward better decisions for our customers and our business. The right candidate will be able to cut through complexity, distill what matters most, and turn a high velocity of new capabilities into simple, intuitive stories that help customers and sales understand the value and ultimately drive acquisition and adoption.

What You'll Do

Own positioning and messaging for the CallRail products you support, grounded in a strong understanding of our buyers, market, and competitive landscape.
Track performance across your portfolio, using acquisition, adoption, conversion, and churn data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies that drive acquisition, product usage, and revenue growth.
Stay current on AI adoption, buyer trends, and the competitive landscape, surfacing insights that inform product and go-to-market decisions.
Partner with Product to turn complex capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that connect individual features to broader customer value.
Analyze customer, product, and sales data to uncover patterns, define segments, size opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies.
Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and synthesizing research, feedback, and product usage to uncover needs and shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Partner across Marketing and Sales to develop and test messaging, promotions, segmentation, verticalization, and go-to-market strategies, then apply what works.
Enable Sales and Support with the messaging, training, and tools they need to clearly communicate customer value.
Lead go-to-market launches for new products and capabilities, coordinating cross-functional teams from planning through execution.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to identify market gaps, competitive threats, and opportunities to differentiate CallRail.

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in strategic marketing or product marketing, ideally within MarTech, AI, or B2B SaaS. Experience with marketing attribution and SMB audiences is a plus.
Strong experience in market research, positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
Track record of leading product and feature launches that drive measurable business results.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to cut through complexity, identify what matters most, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
Ability to independently own initiatives from strategy through execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
Able to move quickly through ambiguity without sacrificing judgment or attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a talent for making complex products and ideas simple and compelling.
Extremely comfortable manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance metrics.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn large datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations. Looker experience is a plus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to build alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and focus on the work that will have the greatest impact.

This position is based out of our Atlanta office. Through December 2026, employees are expected to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Beginning in January 2027, CallRail will transition to a 3 day hybrid work model. Employees will work in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
